Delete Your Account

Delete it in the app

1. Open the BullionTree app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@bulliontree.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my BullionTree account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in details
• Your portfolio, holdings and purchase history
• Your watchlist and price alerts
• Your notification settings and registered devices
• Two-factor authentication settings and recovery codes

What is kept

Quote requests you submitted on bulliontree.com were sent to the dealers you chose and are kept as part of those dealers' records. If you want them removed as well, say so in your email and we will remove them from BullionTree's systems, except where we must keep records for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
